Rates and Terms

My rates for translation and proofreading are based on various factors including the word count of the text, with a minimum rate for documents of one page.

For corporate clients or translation agencies, my terms of payment are 30 days from invoice date. For private clients, I usually require full payment in advance, via bank transfer.

I use the ITI’s model Terms of Business  unless otherwise agreed and adhere to the ITI Code of Professional Conduct.

All documents are treated confidentially and will never be shared with third parties. I’m covered by professional indemnity insurance.
